Hi Everyone

Inside this newsletter, you'll find most of the key information you'll need for the weekend.  Hopefully, I've covered everything, but if anything's missing, don't hesitate to come and see me at the track.

A huge thank you goes out to both of our Clubs' Sponsors'.  You can find KartSport Marlborough's sponsors listed at the bottom of their home page here  and KartSport Nelson's at the bottom of theirs here  We truly appreciate their continued support - shout out to them all!

We're also incredibly grateful to the New Zealand Community Trust for generously covering the travel and accommodation costs for our officials.  Their support has allowed us to bring together a group of officials from across the country.

Best of luck to all competitors - race fast, race fair and most importantly, enjoy the weekend!

Please note you will be able to drop trailers off on Saturday night to the Nelson track.  If you get there and the gate is closed, please call the convenor, Dee 021 46 0082, and she will give you access.

Both tracks will have breakfast available and canteen's open all day.    Coffee carts will be onsite at both venues Saturday and Sunday.

The bar in Marlborough will be open from 3pm Saturday and 4pm on Sunday in Nelson.  At the Nelson venue alcohol is only to be consumed in the clubrooms and surrounding deck area under the Club's Liquor Licence.

BYO alcohol is strictly prohibited at both venues.  Could you please ensure you adhere to this.

A friendly reminder that most of our officials are volunteers.  They generously give their time to make it possible for everyone to race - so please treat them with the respect they deserve.

Likewise, we ask that you show the same respect to your fellow competitors.  Let's all contribute to a positive and supportive environment throughout the weekend.

Lastly …. Let's go racing!
