Working Bee / Track Closed

Hey team,

We have a working bee planned for Saturday the 5th August at 9am - 11.30am

Jobs that need doing:

Remove old broken posts etc along road fence

maybe weld an extra piece on the gate at end of back straight onto road maybe the old ambulance gate could be used instead if its the right size.

Paint out the old signage on the road side fence

Remove the old carpet from the portacom

Clean out the toilets need some shelves or cupboard in them to put loo paper etc in maybe the cupboard in the first aid room would do.

Run cable out for the night meeting

Clean out the first aid room ready for painting etc some old lights in there just need biffed

Rewire in the lights in the tech shed

The old bike I have donated will need a bit of a clean up

Sort out large pile of cuttings in the back corner

The pit shelters could do with a good clean out with the new blower

Mens toilet door needs replacing and the one on the weigh scale shed 

Reset the lights by the tractor shed

Repaint some patch's in the club rooms

School some one up on procedure for night meeting lights 

New amp for brownies box

We are getting new lines painted on our track which requires us to remove all grass and dirt that might be on the edges of the track.

Please bring.
