Working Bee / Track Closed

Hi guys and girls,

We have currently had our track rating done for 2017 which has failed on a few this and need to be fixed before we are allowed to use the track for any practice or race day. This is very important that we get the "man" power so we can get all of the jobs done in one day so we can reopen the the track.

We have planned a working bee for Saturday the 6th May, 9am

BBQ Lunch will be provided for those that come along and help :)

Jobs that need attending to this month are

- Fix all broken fences around and inside the track

- Remove old ambulance gate, replace broken posts and join the two fences together.

- Fix the wooden rails along the front straight to the posts with bolts.

- Water blast sign on back gate

- Empty Rubbish Bins

- Paint/remove old/run down signs

- Paint trimmings on the club rooms

- Build / Clean up tech shed

- Concrete the strip in the dummy grid area

- Tidy up pit area

Tools we need you to bring

- Concrete mixer / Gravel and concrete mix

- Spades, wheel borrows

- Welder

- Hammers, spanners, drills, impact gun

- Water blaster/s

- Garden hose/s plus joiner/s

- Ladders

- Leaf blowers

*If you have any of these tools at home please bring them along, don't expect others to bring them.

(Building supplies to fix fences will be at the track already)
